External Users / Non-INX users
- Please use the password reset button on the main screen.
- This will send you an email to the email registered on our system.
- If you have any issue with this please contact your site training team for assistance
INX Users
- Your password needs to be reset via the INX UMT - please contact your site administrator to assist with your password reset.
- Alternatively, you can reset this yourself by opening INX, hitting cancel on the login pop up - this will then give you an option on the screen to follow the prompts to reset your own password.
Ensham Users
- Please contact your site training department who will assist you with a password reset.
