- Please ensure that you have the most current web browser version installed. LMS courses do not work on older browsers. Ensure you have one of the following:

           - Internet Explorer 11

           - Chrome (latest version)

           - Microsoft Edge (latest version)

           - Firefox (latest version)

- Please ensure you have a strong internet connection, if your connection drops out your course may freeze and need to be restarted.

- Please ensure you do not have pop-ups blocked

- Please ensure you have access to play videos

- If your course freezes you will be required to restart it.

- If you need to stop a course half way please close it down and log out, the system will freeze your course if there is inactivity and you will be required to start again.
